By downloading or using 00 — the Mac app or the headless engine — or the 0-0 phone app, you agree to these terms. 00 is a free Mac app made by Yumankind OÜ — please use it responsibly.

1. Who we are

00, the headless engine, the 0-0 phone app and this website are provided by Yumankind OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia — “we”, “us”. These terms are an agreement between you and Yumankind OÜ.

2. The software

00 is provided free of charge for use on macOS, and the headless engine on Linux, Windows and servers. The software is licensed, not sold: we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and run it on your own devices under these terms. Local agents need no account. Your use of any third-party model provider or communication channel through 00 is also subject to that provider's terms.

The 0-0 phone app for iPhone & Android is coming soon. When it is available, these terms apply to it as well, together with the terms of the store you install it from. If you install it from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Local models. Some models 00 and the Infinite Agent can download run on your own device under their publishers' licences. Gemma models are provided under and subject to the Gemma Terms of Use, including the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy, which is incorporated into this agreement as an enforceable condition of using those models; we keep a copy of the terms beside the files at dl.0-0.chat/litert/GEMMA_TERMS.md. Other models name their licence where the download is offered.

3. Accounts and paid services

Some optional features need an account and are paid: AI credits (new agents think on a workspace's credits by default; your own keys are the alternative), cloud agents, and Overblast channels. Overblast channels need the Overblast Plan — EUR 7.99 per week, EUR 24.99 per month or EUR 199 per year, prices excluding VAT. These are provided through Overblast and are also governed by the Overblast Terms of Service. Those terms cover the 0-0 phone app too, and govern every such purchase, whether made from 00, the phone app or the web: billing, renewals, trials, refunds, price changes and credits, and the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and EEA.

00, the headless engine and the 0-0 phone app are for people aged 16 or older, and you must be at least 16 years old to create an account. To buy a plan, AI credits or add-ons, or to own a workspace, you must be 18 (the age of majority) or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the 00 app or the phone app, or at overblast.app/delete-account.

4. Provided “as is”

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. You use it at your own risk.

Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights of consumers, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and digital services under EU Directive 2019/770 as implemented in Estonian law, or liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Yumankind OÜ be liable for any claim, damages, data loss, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from or in connection with the software or its use.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the API keys, accounts, and credentials you connect; for any charges those providers bill you; and for the actions your agents take. See our Acceptable Use policy.

7. Trademarks & affiliation

00 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Meta, Ollama, or any other company referenced. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used only to indicate compatibility.

8. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes arising from these terms or the software are settled by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn.

This is without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may also bring a dispute before the courts of your own country of residence.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
